The head chef at "Le Cercle du Mess" is Marc SPITZ, a promising young chef from Verdun, who expresses his talent on your plate. He is passionate about his region and its produce, and he personally makes his selection of fresh ingredients each morning and buys the vast majority of them locally.

With the assistance of his sous-chef Yusuke, who was born in Japan, Marc finds inspiration in the aisles of the market or out in the countryside and creates food that is simultaneously subtle, elegant, inventive, tasty, contemporary and gastronomic. His food is as much appreciated by his regular local customers as by travelling visitors.

His menu is varied and generous, but not to excess, a guarantee of quality and freshness. The food can be delicately accompanied by a skilfully selected range of the best wines, including excellent local vintages such as Domaine de Muzy, enjoyed by the President at the Elysée Palace!

Here the service is far from being cramped or pompous, but the front-of-house staff remain very attentive to their guests. Comfortably seated in either the pretty light-filled dining room or on the pleasant terrace that overlooks the park in fine weather, you will enjoy an exceptional gastronomic experience
