The secrets of making artisanal chocolate

It is in this little village of Samrée, in the hills of La Roche-en-Ardenne, that Yves Lemaire, an artisan chocolatier since 1993, welcomes you, alongside his wife, in a little slice of gastronomic paradise and invites you to their tours and demonstrations.

This artisanal and family-run chocolate factory makes pralines and other sweet treats using quality and, where possible, regional ingredients. The highlight? The chocolate factory makes personalized packaging
Cyril Chocolat is also a shop and offers tours with a demonstration and a tasting. You can also learn a little more about this very popular treat in its chocolate museum. Discover the secrets of making artisanal chocolate and the work of a chocolatier through demonstrations: movies, live production of molded and coated pralines, hollow shapes, various tastings, an educational museum, and more.
